Carolina grew up and attended college in Colombia, earning her BS in Business Administration at EAFIT University and an M.S. in Economics at Los Andes University. She has been in the Squash World for more than 20 years as a mother of 2 players and vice-president of the Colombia Squash Federation. Before joining SQB, Carolina lived in South America, Asia, and the Middle East, where she had the opportunity to work in education with students from around the world. Her passion for impacting the life of the new generations led her to join SquashBusters as an Academic Coordinator. Carolina is also a sports lover; she was part of the Synchronized Swimming Colombian National Team, a finisher in the New York and Paris Marathon, and hiked the John Muir Trail in California (235 miles).
