Tommy graduated from Colgate University in 2019 where he majored in Music and Political Science. It was during his undergraduate years when Tommy found his passion for working in youth development as a volunteer tutor and music teacher with underserved communities of Boston and upstate New York. A lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, he was immediately drawn to SQB’s mission of combining athletics and academics as a tool to empower youth. Prior to joining SQB he worked in music education and programming with Boston Public Schools, North End Music and Performing Arts Center, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston. Having worked in direct service over the last several years, Tommy is excited to take on a new role as the Development and Office Coordinator with SQB. Outside of work, you can find Tommy playing the violin, cooking, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
