Maria is a mother of 5 from the City of Lawrence, who all have participated in the program. She was raised in Lawrence and is an alum of the Lawrence Boys and Girls Club. She loves to see another great opportunity like SquashBusters in her amazing city and has enjoyed experiencing it firsthand.  She joined the board to try to help not only Lawrence’s community but all the SquashBusters participants. SQB has been amazing to her family, and she is forever grateful.
