​Mai joined SQB Boston in 2021, supporting high school seniors in solidifying their post-secondary plans and ensuring that SQB Boston graduates persist through and complete their post-secondary programs. She is now the Director of Post-Secondary Success and supports post-secondary students across all SQB sites.

Mai holds a B.A. from Williams College and M.S.W. from Columbia University.
