Dana grew up outside of Boston, and graduated from Colgate University in 2021 with a B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies & Sociology.

Following graduation, Dana completed a year of service as an AmeriCorps VISTA with a soccer-based nonprofit. She then joined the organization full-time, working in events and communications, before moving to SquashBusters in 2025. As a lifelong athlete, Dana is passionate about building equity in sport and creating inclusive spaces for youth to develop through play.
