Alisha Park, a Boston area native, joins Squashbusters in 2026 to support Finance and HR. She spent nearly a decade in operations roles within education organizations in New Jersey and most recently managed Finance and HR at a city planning firm. Much of Alisha’s work and interest focuses on the intersection between mission driven organizations, skills-based learning, and back-end operations. Alisha graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a BA in Anthropology and from Rutgers University with a MBA in Finance.
