Alé graduated from the SquashBusters program in 2014 and joined the staff in 2015 while pursuing her Associate’s degree. Over the years, she has taken on multiple roles within SquashBusters. While working full-time, Alé completed her Bachelor’s degree at Southern New Hampshire University in 2023, with the support of another non-profit, Duet, which helped her reach that milestone. Initially, Alé worked directly with students at SquashBusters, but she has since transitioned into a cross-site role within the Development team. Her passion for non-profits and youth development remains strong, and she continues to prioritize relationship-building with students and alumni, maintaining the close bonds she has fostered over time. Alé hopes to keep empowering and cheering on SquashBusters students, now and in the future.
