Caroline began her journey as an educator in an AmeriCorps Teaching Fellowship in Dorchester. After completing the fellowship and her Master’s Degree in Education from Boston College, Caroline taught middle school math for six years in Boston and then in Denver, Colorado. Her favorite part of teaching has always been building relationships with her students. Caroline joined SQB to create and leverage transformative relationships with young people to support them in their journey. Outside of work, she enjoys being with her family, hiking with her dog, and exploring Providence.
